Delivery in Singapore
HotBodsSwimmer (HBS) offers 2 options of delivery in Singapore.

1) Delivery by postage using Singpost Registered Mail at a Flat Rate of S$2.90
This applies to most of our products in the Swimwear and Underwear categories except for items with special packages (e.g Gift Sets) which have additional delivery charge. Items in the Bags category too have additional delivery charge.

Items that have additional delivery charge are clearly indicated at the bottom of the product description under the "Delivery Options" combo box. Please select your choice accordingly.
The total delivery charge for such items will be the Flat Rate S$2.90 plus the individual additional delivery charge indicated at the bottom of the product description under the "Delivery Options" combo box.

Nevertheless, all orders can be pickup at Clementi Central at no additional charge.

Upon receiving your payment, your order will be posted latest on the next working day by Singpost Registered Mail.
We will email you the Registered Article Number (RA No.) for you to track delivery status at http://www.singpost.com/ra/ra_article_status.asp

2) Collection In Person (also known as local pickup or self-collect) at Clementi Central
You can pickup your order at Clementi Central.
The Delivery Flat Rate of S$2.90 will be waived for this arrangement. You only pay for the items you purchase.
HBS will contact you (by SMS or phone) to make arrangement on the collection.

Pickup location

a) Clementi MRT Station for those who take the MRT train
Please note that you must exit the station gates to make cash payment for your purchase because SMRT does not allow transaction over the gates. If you do not wish to exit and want us to pass the item(s) to you over the gates, advance payment by bank transfer must be made first.
The are 2 convenient places: (1) just behind the ticket office and (2) Block 324 downstairs (nearest block to the MRT station - exit station gate turn right) where you can check your ordered items comfortably on the stone table.

b) Block 433 Clementi Avenue 3 carpark for those who drive or ride. Please drive/ride straight to the end after entering the carpark.

c) Other places at Clementi central area:
Clementi Central Kopitiam at the corner if Block 450 (beside City Vibe mini shopping mall)
Clementi Bus Interchange entrance

International Delivery
For shipping to overseas (non-Singapore) address, additional charge applies on top of Flat Rate.
Please complete your order in Singapore Dollars (S$ or SGD) by choosing Flat Rate during checkout. Provide us your email address linked to your Paypal under the "Add Comments About Your Order" if it is different from the email address you registered with us. We will email you the Paypal Bill which includes the cost of your order and shipping charge to your country.
If you accept, you can then pay us by Paypal and we will update you the shipping status accordingly.

Zone 1 Countries (Malaysia & Brunei)	S$2.90 (Flat Rate) + S$3 (first item) + S$2 (each subsequent item)
Zone 2 Countries (Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, China, Philippines, Vietnam, more )	S$2.90 (Flat Rate) + S$5 (first item) + S$4 (each subsequent item)
Zone 3 Countries (Australia, New Zealand, USA, UK, EU, more)	S$2.90 (Flat Rate) + S$6.5 (first item) + S$5.50 (each subsequent item)

Payment Options
For delivery by postage in Singapore, payment has to be made by local bank fund transfer. This can be made using your local bank Internet Banking service or ATM machines. Please note the transaction reference of the fund transfer.
Once the payment is made, inform us by replying to the email (sales@hotbodsswimmer.com) that you will receive from us upon completing your order.

For Collection In Person, payment by cash is recommended. The Delivery Flat Rate of S$2.90 will be waived. You only pay for the items you purchase.
(Kindly note that cash payment over the MRT station gates is not allowed by SMRT)

For International Delivery, Paypal is currently the only option.

Returns and Exchange
Unless otherwise indicated, swimwear and sportswear products can be returned or exchanged unused with the tag and original packaging intact within 7 working days. If they must be tried on, it MUST be done over a clean pair of underwear.

We reserve the rights to refuse exchange at our discretion if the above conditions are not met. Please contact us at support@HotBodsSwimmer.com to inform us about the exchange before sending back the item to us.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns nor exchange of underwear and thongs swimwear products.

Products on clearance cannot be exchanged since they are sold at a considerably low price.

We have provided the sizing information and dimensions to assist you in choosing the right size. You can compare them with a similar product that you currently own.

Local customers who opt for collection are encouraged to check the product thoroughly before making cash payment to us. Those who are unsure of the sizing, measuring the product around your body or waist is also recommended. Bringing along a clean piece of similar product that you currently own to do comparison with your purchase is also encouraged.
